The purpose of the Open Grants process is to accomplish the mission of the Foundation through innovative and effective grantmaking and stewardship in a way that:
- encourages innovation;
- builds capacity; and
- recognizes the positive impact of diversity
to improve lives in our community.

- Health Behaviors
- Basic Human Needs/Social Services
- Neighborhood Revitalization
- The Needs of Immigrant Populations
2) Early Childhood Development Birth through Grade 3
3) Improved College Access
