Fund for Chattanooga Grants
Chris Ramsey was a part of the inspiration for the “Together We Can” Scholarship fund. A man who overcame the obstacles in his path and went on to achieve success. He is a great example of what makes our community greater yet.
Since 1963, the Fund for Chattanooga has grown to over $24 million dollars through the contributions of thousands of donors. It is one of the largest unrestricted funds among community foundations in the United States and is the fund we rely on to meet Chattanooga’s most critical needs. We use the income earned on the endowment for grant making in the community. It is primarily through the Fund for Chattanooga that the Community Foundation helps make the lives of Chattanoogans greater both now and in the future.
