Lorie Runge and Dave Bhattacharya met through their service on the Board of the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga. The two Chattanoogans—Lorie, a local, and Dave, a seven-year resident who’s originally from the Memphis area—work together on the Foundation’s Strategic Initiatives Committee. They recently sat down to talk about what motivates their approaches to service, what they’ve learned about the city, and their shared hopes for its future.
